This infographic explains the AI Project Specification (APS) as the structured representation of a project that guides AI execution. It organizes project identity, objectives, requirements, constraints, instructions, workflow, expected outputs and validation criteria. In the book’s Level 1 methodology, a Project Wizard collects information through guided forms, checks completeness and generates a JSON specification such as project.json. The user then reviews and submits the specification to the AI assistant. A corporate website example illustrates how the structure can support clearer requirements, reuse, review and consistent execution; successful results still require validation.
